Domāju ka problēma drīzāk tajā, ka cilvēki slinki kaut ko safilmēt. Īpaši manā gadījumā, kad uz zāli pašlaik dodos viens, tad nemaz nav, kas uzfilmē + telefonu zālē līdzi neņemu utt.

Ar šo atzīmēju savu pirmo postu MuscleFactory forumā un dalību bicepsa izaicinājumā.
Paša svars 80kg, cēlu standarta 20 kg stieni ar 10 kg ripām, pacēlu 10 reizes, bet nu to precīzumu būs izvērtēt vadībai
Lūdzu nepievērsīsim uzmanību tam, ka fonā skans radio skonto, izvēles man nebija :D
