Tātad... Kas jādara?
Jāceļ svaru stienis ar pusi no sava ķermeņa svara ar bicepsa palīdzību, jānofilmē un jāieliek MuscleFactory FORUMĀ savā topikā/tēmā pie foruma biedriem līdz 20.11.2014.

Noteikumi.
Svaru stienis jāceļ bez inerces un mētāšanas, pēc labākās sirdsapziņas. (cik reizes spējat 8-) )
Tēmā jāievieto video un jāuzraksta cik personiskais svars.
Var izmantot taisno standarta stieni, kas ir 20kg, kā arī EZ stieni (mums zālē EZ stienis sver 8kg), galvenais lai kopējais svars būtu atbilstošs.
Tvērienu var izmantos kādu vēlās, plato, šauro vai normālo.
Augstākajā punktā pauzes netaisam, apakša var uz 2- 3 sek taisīt pauzi.

Tiks izlozētas 3 balvas starp visiem dalībniekiem:

Starp citu, nav minēts kāds stienis, taisnais vai ez, ir atšķirība :)
Vēl arī paši ez vai taisnie stieņi atšķirās pēc svara, ir pavisam vieglie ar plastmasas galiem, ir biš smagāki, ja nemaldos tur kāda 5kg atšķirība starp tiem grifiem.
Tā pat arī nav atrunāts vai drīkst būt kaut kādas pauzes zemākajā vai augstākajā punktā :)
