Squat 300kg x 10

After my squat session I decided to try 300kg for 10. i wrapped my knees light (you can see the wraps coming undone during the squat.) and went for it. there was definitely another few reps in me but was not worth more injury as i am only 10 days out from Nats.

Pietupiens ar 260kg x 16 reizes


Laurence Shahlaei challenged me to do 250kg rear squats for 20 reps. He set the mark at 16. I decided to step it up a notch and hit 260kg x 16. its tough but i think we need to do 300kg x 20

Skatoties visus šitos video es saprotu ka neko nesaprotu no pietupieniem utt :lol: .
Ja kādreiz liekās ka daudz tupies, atliek paskatīties šādus video un saproti ka neko īstenībā necel :D
Daudz vēl jāmācās un jāstrādā, bet ļoti maza varbūtība ka pat varētu pietuvoties kam tādam :( !

Nu ja. Tur, protams, apakšā ir ļoti smags darbs, bet tai pat laikā, tur arī daba ir parūpējusies salikt visu tādās kombinācijas, lai varētu to visu tik veiksmīgi darīt.
