Jā, skatoties pēc pietupiena, mugura stipra un kājas arī, bet ar vienu roku ļoti grūti noturēt līdzsvaru tam stienim.
Ja arī satvēriens nepieviļ, tad ja stienis sagāžās uz vienu pusi, nekas nespēs to noturēt vietā :(

Cepuri nost, bet man jau liekas vilkme ar vienu roku ir vnk ekstrēmi traumatiska... Kur nu vēl, ja kaut nedaudz iešūpojas, tad čaw

Tas BP gan izskatījās kuriozi ^^

Pats esmu mēģinājis benchot tā, laikam max ko mēģināju bija 50kg - nežēlīgi grūti noturēt līdzsvaru.
